REKA Industrial Oyj streamlined financial processes with Tagetik's group accounting and accrual accounting system
REKA Group needed to modernise its consolidation system and move to a modern cloud-based solution. Their previous Clausio FPM system was no longer able to meet the changing needs of the economy. REKA's objective was to find a system that would be easy to use and maintain by the finance department itself. They also wanted the new system to bring transparency to the company's financial figures and streamline the workflow through automation.
The solution provider was selected HSolutions and the company's technology partner CCH Tagetik. CCH Tagetik provides a centralized solution platform for corporate accounting, ESG sustainability reporting, budgeting and forecasting, IFRS16 accounting and ESEF-compliant iXBRL reporting. Tagetik's solution enables all internal and external accounting to be centralised on a single service platform, reducing the number of integrations and separate point solutions. The modern cloud-based service platform allows the finance department to develop and maintain services independently and significantly reduces the need for IT support.
REKA had carefully defined the features required of the system. Tagetik's system perfectly met the identified needs.

Tagetik's consolidation system provides workflows that help the finance unit build efficient financial processes. The system enabled REKA to reduce repetitive manual tasks and streamline work. Now finance staff have time for development tasks.
-We are currently implementing Tagetik's Collaborative Office solution, which will enable the automatic update of figures for the financial statements and annual report to Microsoft office applications. Collaborative Office will also allow simultaneous processing of the annual report in different functions. We can also have the figures and graphs automatically updated in the reports of the board of directors and the management team. This makes our work much more efficient and easier, Chief Accountant Minna Palander from REKA Industrial.

Our system solved Fix Nordic's product and inventory accounting challenges
As an agile player, we can offer customised solutions to meet the different needs of businesses. HSolutions designed a dedicated product and inventory accounting system for Fix Nordic, a furniture installation company.
Fix Nordic's inventory status information was maintained in Excel. The company did not offer a selection of products to be ordered for the customer to see and orders were placed by telephone. This required a lot of manual and memory-intensive work, so a more efficient solution was urgently needed.
-No suitable, rationally priced system could be found on the market. We were advised that HSolutions had the expertise to build a modern and cost-effective solution that would suit us," says Stefan Lostedt of Fix Nordic.
As a result of our joint design work, we implemented a customer-centric system for FixNordic to streamline the ordering process and improve the efficiency of the entire business. The cloud-based system we designed runs browser-based on FixNordic's own web domain. Automation has been built in to make maintenance as easy as possible. Maintenance of products, image gallery and master data is centralised in one place.
-We no longer need to maintain separate Excel sheets. Adding new products and their images is easy. In addition, they are immediately visible to the customer and can be ordered immediately," says Stefan Lostedt.
With a modern solution, product and inventory accounting is always in real time. The system serves FixNordic's customers equally well, as it provides photos and descriptions of products, and allows product reservations and orders to be made. Customers can log directly into the system via a secure connection to view products and place orders. There is no need to call and the order is automatically sent to Fix Nordic. This eliminates the previous situation where you could order a product that was already out of stock. In addition, the system provides a full audit of the entire order chain.
-As the system is also mobile in the cloud, I can check the status of my stock and orders at any time and on any device. The system is also flexible for our customers, who can place orders according to their own schedule. The solution allowed us to improve business efficiency in terms of working time, product management and process. In addition, the solution is very cost-effective to maintain," says XX from Fix Nordic.
Fix Nordic Oy is was established in 2005. It is a limited liability company with its registered office in Helsinki., and its principal activity is furniture installation. Its customers are companies and large groups.

Evli streamlined financial processes with Tagetik consolidation system
Evli Bank Plc wanted to upgrade its consolidation system to a more modern one, as the previous system (Hyperion HFM) was due to complete its updates by the end of 2019. Evli was looking for a replacement system that would improve transparency of financial figures, streamline work processes through automation and be easy to use for the finance department itself.
The technology chosen was CCH Tagetik, which is represented by HSolutions in Finland. CCH Tagetik offers both cloud and on-premises financial management (CPM) solutions.
The Tagetik system met all the requirements defined by Evli
